Essential Information

Can anyone visit Table London 2018?

Table is a trade only show, which means that you need to be able to prove you are a part of the hospitality industry. Exhibitors have a 'minimum order' policy and will not sell to members of the public. If you are in the process of setting up your own business, or are a student within the F&B industry then you are more than welcome to attend.  

Do I need to provide proof of trade?

Yes. Spot checks for proof of trade will be in operation. You should have proof of trade on you which can include a business card or a credit card. If you are found buying for personal use, you will be asked to leave the exhibition.

How do I register?

You can register for your free admission online by filling in our form.

Please note that if you do not register before the show, a ticket on the door will cost £50.

Am I able to register my colleague online?

You can register a colleague on the final page of the registration form.

How much does it cost to visit Table?

If you register online prior to the show you will save yourself a £50 onsite fee. All those who aren't pre-registered will have to pay £50 on the door when they arrive at the show.

How do I get my badge?

Bring your registration confirmation email or badge number to the show where we can print off your badge at the show. To avoid queuing feel free to print off your confirmation email/ badge before you attend for a quick admission.

Is there disabled access at the venue?

A number of facilities are available for disabled access to the show. For more information on disabled parking bays, wheelchair loan and hearing assistance, please visit the disability access page on the Olympia website.

Can I obtain a VISA to travel to Table?

The organisers of Table regret that they are not able to send out letters of invitation for visitors from overseas in order to help secure visas.

If your business is relevant to Table you will have to provide evidence to the British Embassy in your country by submitting proof of your employment and the nature of your employers business. Please DO NOT contact the organisers with regards to this, as all requests for letters of invitation will be denied.

Can I bring my young child with me?

If you choose to bring your young child with you to Table, you must be responsible for the child, and be aware that we have no creche facilities. We do not promote Table as an environment for children.

Can I bring my dog?

Only assistance dogs are allowed at the Venue.
